Better Late Than Never

Here we go! You stragglers still checking back are lucky enough to get ahold of this mashup. I managed to find a version of 'GGG' where the music was subdued enough, that it didn't interfere with the vocal too much....

...and I mixed it with Baxter's 'Voodoo Dreams'. I think it's halfway decent. Too late for 'Halloween In March' but plenty early to include it on your party mix for the real-deal in October-- You know you're already makin' one!.

Submitted for your approval: Grim, Grinning, Ghostly Voodoo Dreams, 128 kbps MP3

And keep a weather eye open: I've got several fun, kooky Halloween tunes I created that predate this ol' blog.. Can you imagine, say, a jazzy exotic-y version of the Dark Shadows theme? I may stick them up every so often, just to see who's paying attention.

I put this one in my yearly non-reggae Halloween mix and it is without a doubt my favorite track... I even embellished it with some Haunted Mansion audio I had floating around on my hard drive... you know the introduction, "Where hinges creak in doorless chamber..." but it was a woman doing it. It's funny because I don't ever remember hearing that voice at the Haunted Mansion.
